Hope

A post-apocalyptic scene taking its influence from novels such as Greybeard (Brian Aldiss), The Road (Cormac McCarthy) and The Death of Grass (John Christopher) – all of which tell the tale of survival in a used up, burnt-out world.

Hope is featured in the Erin Lale's 2012 science-fiction eBook anthology, Anarchy Time Yarns.
