The Sentry

When my wife asked me to create a piece featuring a Dragon, I wasn’t sure which direction it would take. This was the second attempt, having abandoned the first. I wanted to create a mood of magic and mystery, but also hint at a post-battle scene – the Dragon stands by a smashed sword, watching over the crumbling ruins of a mysterious tower.
