The Light Dreams III

I started The Light Dreams III in late 2006, and at the time, the idea of another “Light Dream” album would celebrats ten years since my first experiments in making music. I did complete the album in early 2007, but it never felt quite finished, so troughout 2007 and early 2008, I revised the tracklist and reworked several tracks, even removing one and replacing it with a new composition. As an album I now feel it works well, and contains some of my very best work to date, particularly the track “Corridors”, which can be heard on my MySpace page from time to time. There are dream-like themes to many of the songs, but above all, I wanted to make a strong album of atmospheric and exciting electronic music.

The Light Dreams III draws from all my usual musical influences, but was a much harder album to make, with several style changes throughout the creative process.
